1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ill Visuals software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License Grant
ill Visuals grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your subscription tier. The Free tier includes a watermark on output. Pro and Enterprise tiers remove the watermark and unlock additional features.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. One-time (perpetual) licenses include one year of updates. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact make@illvisuals.com to request a refund within this period.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the ill Visuals software. You may not use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
ill Visuals and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Risk Capital LLC. Content you create using the software remains your property.
8. Limitation of Liability
ill Visuals is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
